Wave Soldered Assemblies

Part of PDI's manufacturing capabilities includes wave soldering for lead-free or leaded assemblies. We can design and manufacture full RoHS compliant assemblies in addition to meeting requirements for lead solder.

Multi-Board Assembly

This picture shows the complete assembly for the battery operated wireless smart mesh sensor/gateway. Every individual board receives full testing along with final assembly testing.
