LW (Safety Low-Water Cutoff, Open)
The LW is a UL353 rated Safety Low-Water Cutoff designed and approved for use as a secondary LWCO for Boilers. The LW can also be used in a variety of other liquid level applications for annunciation, alarming, or simple on/off control.
NEW, APPROVED & EXCLUSIVE TO PDI: Optional Manual Lockout Feature for Boilers now available with the LW products. It's designed to eliminate nuisance trips (ie; manual lock-outs) on Boilers that can occur and automatically recover within 90 seconds after tripping the Safety Low-Water Cutoff. Saves on costly shut-downs, service calls and allows the highest degree of burner safety protection using a fast 3 second shut down on the burner circuit after water falls off of the low water probe.
